The American Integrity National Committee
Welcome to the official website of the AINC where you can learn about the Integrity Party, explore the vision for the AgoraNet civic platform, and find ways to support our mission to rebuild trust in a failing democracy.
What is the AINC?
The American Integrity National Committee (AINC) is the founding nonprofit organization of the Integrity Party, a political institution rooted in transparency, public oversight, and democratic reform in a digital age. The AINC is a direct response to the breakdown of trust in modern politics.
The AINC seeks to create meaningful real-time civic feedback between the public and their representatives. It works to ensure that political legitimacy is earned through continuous and accountable service to constituents, not rhetorical performance or financial influence.
What is the Integrity Party?
The Integrity Party is a new kind of political organization, unlike anything previously seen in the United States. It is designed to distribute governing power back to the people through transparency, accountability, and a commitment to public empowerment.
Anyone can become a participant of the Integrity Party. Participants gain meaningful influence over how the party operates, including direct say in AINC governance, prioritization of political issues, and oversight of representative conduct.
The Integrity Party serves the public first, not power or partisanship. It draws inspiration from civic tech and participatory democracy, but transforms those ideals into a formal political structure with real public input. It is the first political organization in the U.S. designed from the ground up to govern itself through a digital civic infrastructure.
What is AgoraNet?
AgoraNet is the digital civic forum under development by the AINC. It is designed to:
- Provide meaningful public input at every level of our democracy, from local to federal governance
- Enable secure, verified participation without sacrificing anonymity
- Enable Direct public oversight of party representatives
- Support Open-source lawmaking and live policy iteration
AgoraNet is how the Integrity Party listens, adapts, and stays grounded in the will of the people. This process doesn’t happen every few years, but continuously. Participating on AgoraNet makes one a participant in the Integrity Party. It is the beating heart of the Party, and the source of legitimacy for the AINC.
It is a modern reimagining of the ancient Greek Agora: a public square where social, commercial, and political life unfolded in full view of the people.
Unlike its historical namesake, which served a privileged few, AgoraNet is designed for universal participation. It brings the civic square into the digital age: secure, inclusive, and built for all.
Is Our Democracy Actually Failing?
The phrase “failing democracy” reflects a growing and measurable civic reality. Public trust in institutions has eroded. Political participation is increasingly transactional or performative. Feedback between the people and those in power is often delayed, distorted, or ignored entirely.
These are not merely cultural problems or individual failures. They are signs of a democracy operating without a functioning feedback loop. When public will cannot translate into institutional action, democratic legitimacy begins to unravel.
The Integrity Party does not seek to reclaim a golden age of politics. It exists to restore the basic function of democratic governance: the ability to observe, respond, and adapt. AgoraNet is the platform that makes this possible. Together, they repair the core feedback structure that has gone missing from modern representative democracy.
The Mission of the AINC is to clarify how our democracy is failing and to offer a real solution and path forward.
