This website is maintained by the American Integrity National Committee (AINC) to provide public information about its mission, projects, and civic platform, AgoraNet.

The content is intended to inform and engage the public on matters of civic structure, democratic integrity, and institutional reform. While some materials may take political positions, they do not constitute personal legal, financial, or professional advice.

The AINC strives to ensure accuracy and clarity but makes no guarantees regarding the completeness, timeliness, or suitability of content for any specific use. Visitors use this site at their own discretion and risk.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, all content on this site, including text, graphics, layout, design elements, and original documentation, is the property of the AINC and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Visitors may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or republish any site materials in whole or in part without prior written permission from the AINC, except where permitted by law (e.g., fair use).

Some content may be released under permissive terms or public licenses, as explicitly stated. Requests for permission to reuse AINC materials may be submitted through the contact form.

3. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse this website or engage in any activity that interferes with its proper functioning, including but not limited to unauthorized access, data scraping, or misrepresentation.

4. Disclaimers

The AINC makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy, accessibility, and timeliness of the information presented on this website. However, all content is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

All information is provided in good faith and the AINC is not responsible for any loss, harm, or damages resulting from use of this website or reliance on its content.

Donation Disclaimer

Donations to the AINC are voluntary and do not entitle any donor to influence, decision-making power, or preferential treatment. Contributions support the AINC’s mission but do not create contractual obligations or guarantees of specific outcomes.

The AINC reserves the right to decline or refund any donation that carries explicit or implied conditions or expectations inconsistent with its values or operations.

The AINC may occasionally solicit donations for specific initiatives, such as the AgoraNet Kickstarter Campaign. In such cases, all contributions will be used exclusively for the stated purpose, and the AINC will publish corresponding funding and expense records.

However, the AINC makes reasonable efforts to periodically review all links for intended function and accuracy of representation. Visitors are encouraged to report broken or misrepresented links using the contact form.

The AINC is actively working toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance as part of our commitment to accessible and equitable civic engagement.

The AINC is accepting volunteer translators to ensure the content and intent of the AINC is accurately represented in other languages.

9. Security Concerns

The AINC takes the security and integrity of its digital infrastructure seriously. While no system can be guaranteed to be free of vulnerabilities, we are committed to responsible disclosure and continuous improvement.

We welcome good-faith efforts to identify and report potential vulnerabilities in our website or technical systems. If you believe you have discovered a security issue, please contact us at security@integrityparty.org.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. This policy outlines how the AINC collects, uses, and protects information from visitors to this site.

1. Data Collection

The AINC only collects personal information you voluntarily provide, such as through the contact form or donation form. Information may include your name, email address, donation amount, and message content.

This information is used solely for the purpose of responding to inquiries, processing donations, or providing relevant confirmations. The AINC does not sell, share, or trade any donor or visitor information.

2. Cookies

This website does not use non-essential cookies. Basic session cookies may be used for technical functionality only. These do not track user behavior or browsing history.

3. Third-Party Services

Donation processing is handled by Stripe, a secure third-party payment platform. When making a contribution, you are subject to Stripe’s Privacy Policy. The AINC does not store credit card information or payment credentials.

In the future, other third-party platforms (e.g. Kickstarter or civic infrastructure tools) may be used. In such cases, you will be clearly notified where their terms and privacy policies apply.

4. Donor Transparency

In alignment with our values, the AINC publishes an annual donor transparency report. Any individual or organization whose total contributions exceed $1000 per calendar year will be listed. Donations at or below this threshold remain confidential.

The published records will include donor name, donation amount, and, if available, affiliated organization.

The AINC will never share or transmit this information to any third party prior to publication on this website, nor use it for solicitation or profiling purposes. This policy applies equally to all donors without exception.

The AINC will purge all internal records of donors whose cumulative contributions do not exceed the transparency threshold in any given year. This process reinforces donor privacy and limits the retention of unnecessary personal data.

5. Contact Form

Messages submitted through the contact form are sent directly to AINC staff via secure email. Message content is not stored in any website database. Your email address is used only to confirm receipt or respond directly to your inquiry.
